Orc Sub-Race Concept (Commissioned Work)

Finished commission! It was lots of fun working on it and the commissioner was very happy with the final product.

Original, uncensored version of the commission. I wanted to offer the client the possibility of choosing which one to post online because some guidelines seem to deal badly with the naked body, especially it it’s female.

Inking. I’m quite happy with the line art on here! Still needs work but, for having been struggling to feel comfortable lately, this one turned out ok. Again, made a censored and uncensored version because the internet be like that sometimes...

This was a commission taken on August 2019 for a general concept art portrait of a race of ‘sporty, short, slimmer than average, horseback riding orcs’ called the “Tusks of the Plains”. I would’ve loved to expand on the concept (might still do it on my own) and draw more characters and outfits, as well as objects and horse transport and bridle styles (since they’re a tribe of riders). For now, the client paid for an ink+shadows drawing and this is the result! I added some grey scale tones and not just shading because of all the different layers that make the outfit, in order to make it a bit clearer.
