In September 2020 I was hired for my first professional job as a 2D artist to work on the concept art and final assets for a video game prototype called “Tiny Space Game”. (Android, here’s a link to the Google play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Kodobolt.TinySpaceGame ).

Here are some of the first style explorations and sketches, as well as the finished concept maps for the five main levels of the game. We decided to go with a geometric, abstract style and colourful palettes and I worked closely together with the Art Director, Developer, Sound Designer and Writer to help create an atmosphere where the player could immerse themselves in the story and journey throughout the game. It was a 6-week long project with a lovely and hardworking team and made for a wonderful experience to have as an introduction to the industry.
I would then be asked to rejoin the team in Jan 2021 to develop the second version of this game, find more about it here: https://sarielsnowings.artstation.com/projects/rAmJlE
